So happy I tried this starter! It had been years since I last brewed kombucha at home, but missed having it in my life. In the past, I was given a SCOBY from a friend, so it was easy to keep the flow going. In recent months (thank you, quarantine) I decided to try and start my own. My first attempt, I used a starter from a different company, but it failed miserably. Then I found Endless, and immediately ordered. I made my brew 10 days ago and my kombucha is strong! Not to mention my SCOBY is healthy and happy 😃 Thank you!!!
A week and two days later and I’m OB jy second batch and a second scoby has already formed. This is so exciting after trying to activate a dehydrated scoby for two months to no avail. This is a great product!
Endless ferments is vastly superior to cultures for health... Their product works and I feel that if there was a defect with it they would have just replaced it instead of making me try 10 different things before they then went radio silent when I finally requested a replacement. I wasted $15 on cultures for health scoby... Even if something goes wrong with my scoby I will be purchasing any future scobies from Endless Ferments.
Other than a bit of confusion on weight vs volume, everything is working fine. Doing second batch of bread today.
Quicker and easier to do then it was years ago. Also i am trying the sparkle idea
